Does anyone have a recipe for khringo (Moroccan fried dough spirals)?
0
I recently tried khringo at a market in Morocco and fell in love with it. I’d love to make it at home but can’t find a recipe.

Khringo is similar to churros. Make a simple dough with flour, water, and a pinch of salt, then pipe it into spirals before frying.

Add orange blossom water to the dough for an authentic Moroccan touch. Dust with cinnamon sugar after frying.

Use a star-tipped piping bag for the signature texture, and fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.

Serve with honey or chocolate sauce on the side for dipping—it’s a modern twist on a classic treat.
