Is there a Moroccan version of fermented foods like kimchi or sauerkraut?

Fermented foods are popular in many cuisines, but I haven’t seen much discussion about Moroccan fermentation techniques. Are there any traditional Moroccan fermented foods, like pickles or condiments?
