Shape and Cook the Harcha

- Transfer the dough to the pan and shape it into a medium-thickness circle. Dust the surface with semolina, then cook the first side for about 7 minutes. Flip the harcha and cook the other side for an additional 7 minutes, or until both sides are beautifully golden.
