Sablé Dough
50 g Dark chocolate
½ tsp Vegetable oil
Roll the Dough

- Lightly flour your rolling pin and roll out the sable dough into a 25 x 30 cm rectangle.
Cut the Cookies

- Use a floured pineapple-shaped cookie cutter to cut out cookies and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Cookies

- Preheat the oven to 180°C (360°F). Bake the cookies for about 10 minutes or until they turn lightly golden. Allow them to cool completely.
Melt the Chocolate

- In a bain-marie, melt the dark chocolate with the vegetable oil until smooth and glossy.
Dip in Chocolate

- Dip the tips of the cookies into the melted chocolate for a decorative touch.
