Ingredients
 160 g (5.6 oz) White flour
 125 g (4.4 oz) Granulated sugar
 60 g (2.1 oz) Almond powder
 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tbsp (14 g) Baking powder
 4 Medium eggs
 150 ml (5 oz) Vegetable oil
 140 ml (4.7 oz) Whole milk
 2 Pears, peeled and sliced
 2 Apples, peeled and sliced
For Decoration
 2 tbsp Almond flakes
Prepare the Batter

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, salt, whole milk, and vegetable oil until well combined.

Incorporate the Dry Ingredients

  1. Add the granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and almond powder to the bowl. Mix using a spatula until fully incorporated.
  2. Gradually add the baking powder and flour, stirring continuously for about a minute until the batter becomes smooth and uniform.
