To prevent clumping, make sure to fluff the couscous with a fork after steaming. You can also drizzle a little olive oil before fluffing to separate the grains.

Add a little oil to the couscous before steaming and fluff with a fork once cooked. This helps the grains separate and keeps them from sticking together.

Steam the couscous and use a fork to fluff it up immediately after cooking. Adding a little butter or oil will also help keep the grains from clumping.
