Make sure to start with a low heat and add a little extra oil or liquid to the bottom of the tagine. This helps prevent sticking while the dish slowly simmers.

To avoid sticking, layer vegetables at the bottom of the tagine before adding the meat. The moisture from the vegetables will help keep the dish from sticking.

It’s essential to cook your tagine on low heat and add enough liquid, like broth or water. Also, make sure the tagine pot is well-seasoned to prevent sticking.
