What’s the best recipe for making Moroccan Rfissa with chicken and lentils?

I’ve heard a lot about Rfissa, especially for special occasions, but I’ve never made it myself. I’d love to get a recipe that includes both chicken and lentils. What’s the best way to prepare it?

Rfissa is a must for family gatherings! The trick is to cook the chicken slowly with onions, garlic, ginger, saffron, and ras el hanout. Add the lentils and fenugreek seeds halfway through cooking. Serve it all over shredded msemen.
