I’ve been trying to find a good vegetarian version of Moroccan harira. Does anyone have a recipe that doesn’t use meat but still keeps the traditional flavors?

For a vegetarian harira, skip the meat and add chickpeas and lentils instead. You’ll still get the traditional flavors with a mix of tomatoes, cumin, turmeric, and fresh herbs.

Try replacing the meat in harira with more lentils and chickpeas. Keep the broth rich with spices like cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger, and finish with fresh cilantro.

You can make vegetarian harira by using chickpeas and lentils, with the same spices like cumin, turmeric, and cinnamon. A squeeze of lemon at the end adds freshness.
