To make seffa, steam couscous three times, then mix with butter and powdered sugar. Top it with cinnamon, ground almonds, and raisins for a sweet touch.

Start by steaming the couscous, then layer it with butter, sugar, cinnamon, and almonds. For a more traditional version, you can also add dried fruits like raisins or dates.

Seffa is a delightful blend of sweet and savory. Steam the couscous, mix in sugar and butter, and garnish with cinnamon, powdered sugar, and crushed almonds for the final touch.
