I’ve recently tried Moroccan harcha at a café, and I loved it! Can someone share a simple recipe for making this semolina bread at home?

Harcha is super easy to make! Mix fine semolina with butter, sugar, and a pinch of salt, then add milk until it forms a dough. Shape into patties and cook on a hot griddle until golden brown.

You’ll need fine semolina, butter, and a little milk or water to bring the dough together. I recommend adding a bit of honey or sugar for sweetness. Cook on a pan until both sides are crispy.

Mix semolina, melted butter, and milk to form a soft dough. Shape it into rounds and cook on a non-stick skillet over medium heat until each side is golden. Perfect for breakfast!
