I’ve heard about maakouda, a type of Moroccan potato fritter, and I’d love to make it at home. Does anyone have a good recipe?

To make maakouda, boil potatoes, mash them with spices like cumin and garlic, and form small patties. Fry them until golden brown for a crispy exterior and soft inside.

Mash boiled potatoes with cumin, paprika, and garlic. Shape into small patties, dip them in flour, and fry until crispy. Serve with harissa for an extra kick.

Maakouda is easy to make. Boil potatoes, mix them with garlic, parsley, and cumin, then form patties and fry them until crispy. They’re perfect with a dipping sauce.
