I’d love to bake Moroccan khobz at home. Can anyone share a simple and authentic recipe?

To make khobz, mix flour, semolina, yeast, and water into a dough. Let it rise, then shape it into flat rounds and bake until golden brown.

Khobz is made with a mix of white flour and semolina. Knead the dough well, let it rise, shape into rounds, and bake in a hot oven for a crusty exterior.

Combine flour, semolina, salt, yeast, and water to make khobz dough. After letting it rise, bake it until the bread is golden and crispy on the outside.
