What’s the Best Spice Grinder for Moroccan Cooking?
0
Moroccan dishes often use whole spices. Does anyone have a recommendation for a good spice grinder to use for fresh spices?

I recommend a mortar and pestle for grinding small amounts of spices. It’s traditional, and you get more control over the texture of your spices.

An electric coffee grinder works really well for spices. Just be sure to clean it thoroughly between uses to avoid cross-flavoring.

I use a manual spice grinder, which is great for coarser textures. It’s perfect for grinding cumin, coriander, and other Moroccan spices.
