I want to start making msemen at home, but I’m not sure what kind of pan to use. Does anyone have recommendations?

A cast-iron skillet works great for msemen because it holds heat well and creates a nice, even browning. Make sure to grease it lightly with oil before cooking.

You can use a non-stick pan to make msemen if you want to avoid using too much oil. Just make sure it’s heated properly before cooking to get that crispy texture.

A griddle or flat pan is ideal for msemen since it gives you more space to spread out the dough. Cast iron or heavy-bottomed pans tend to work best for an even cook.
