I recently bought a jar of harissa and would like to experiment with it in non-Moroccan recipes. Any suggestions?

Harissa works great as a marinade for grilled meats or roasted vegetables. Try mixing it with olive oil and a bit of honey for a sweet-spicy glaze.

You can add harissa to pasta sauces or even soups. It gives a rich, spicy kick, especially in creamy tomato-based dishes.

I like to use it in sandwiches and wraps. Just a little spread adds a lot of flavor, especially with roasted meats or grilled halloumi.

Try using it as a base for a spicy vinaigrette! Mix with olive oil, lemon juice, and a dash of honey for a salad dressing with a twist.
