I’ll be traveling to Fez soon and have heard that b’stilla is one of the best Moroccan dishes. Where can I find the most authentic and delicious version of this street food in Fez?

Head to the Medina in Fez—there’s a stall near the Bab Bou Jeloud Gate that serves incredible b’stilla. It’s crispy on the outside, with the perfect balance of sweet and savory fillings.

In the Fez medina, you’ll find several small bakeries that make fresh b’stilla daily. Look for places that make them with both chicken and seafood fillings for the full experience.

Try Dar Hatim, a family-run restaurant known for their traditional b’stilla. It’s not exactly street food, but the atmosphere is warm, and their b’stilla is said to be one of the best in Fez.

For a quick bite, stop by one of the street vendors near Souk el Henna. They often have mini b’stillas that are perfect for a snack while exploring the streets of Fez.
