I love the taste of Moroccan sfenj doughnuts, but I’ve never tried making them at home. Can anyone share a simple recipe?

For sfenj, mix flour, yeast, salt, and warm water to form a sticky dough. Let it rise, then shape into rings and fry until golden brown. Dust with sugar or serve plain.

You’ll need flour, yeast, sugar, and water. Once the dough is sticky and has risen, form into rings and fry in hot oil. Serve with honey for a sweet treat.

Sfenj is a simple yeast doughnut. Mix flour, water, salt, and yeast, let it rise, and then fry in hot oil. It’s perfect when dipped in sugar or served with mint tea.
