I’ve tasted chermoula-marinated fish in Morocco and want to recreate it at home. Any tips for making this marinade?

Chermoula is a mix of garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, paprika, lemon juice, and olive oil. Marinate the fish for at least an hour to let the flavors soak in, then grill or bake for the best results.

For an authentic chermoula, blend cilantro, parsley, cumin, paprika, and lemon juice with garlic and olive oil. It works perfectly on grilled fish, but you can also use it as a sauce after cooking.

A little harissa in the chermoula adds a spicy kick. Coat the fish with the marinade, let it rest, and then grill it over medium heat for that perfect street food flavor.
