I’ve tried making Moroccan mint tea, but it never tastes quite right. What’s the secret to getting it just like they make it in Morocco?

The secret is in the brewing process. Start by rinsing the green tea leaves with boiling water to remove bitterness, then steep them again with fresh water and lots of fresh mint.
