I’ve tried making Moroccan mint tea at home, but it never tastes quite like the ones I had in Morocco. What is the secret to making authentic Moroccan mint tea, and how much mint and sugar should I be using?

The secret is in the brewing process. Start by rinsing the green tea leaves with boiling water to remove bitterness, then steep them again with fresh water and lots of fresh mint.
