I always struggle to get my couscous perfectly fluffy. It tends to clump together or get soggy. Does anyone have tips on how to improve my technique?

To get fluffy couscous, steam it in stages. After soaking in water, break it up with a fork, then steam over simmering water, fluffing between each stage.

Make sure to drizzle a bit of olive oil before adding water, and after soaking, use a fork to gently fluff it. Avoid adding too much water to prevent sogginess.

After cooking, cover the couscous with a clean kitchen towel instead of a lid for a few minutes. This absorbs excess moisture and keeps it fluffy.
